It's almost April, and even the weather last week seemed to agree.  Which means...National Poetry Month!

Beaverdale Books had so much fun hosting you all here last year that we want to do it again.  So I'm inviting you all to participate again this year.

I know that some events were more successful that others, but we want to continue the tradition and hope that each year it getts bigger and better.  I'm thinking that this year I would like to keep the events in the evening (7:00 start), but if daytime works better for you we can do that.

If you'd like to appear with another poet or a group, that would be fine.

If you're interested, please call the store at 515-279-5400 to schedule a time.  This will work better than an email response since we can work in real time.  We already have some events on the calendar for April, but want to fill it up this year!

Also, please feel free to forward to any poets that you know.

You will be responsible to bring any books, chapbooks, etc. for sale.  Beaverdale Books will process the sales per our usual consignment agreement, retaining 40% of the retail price.
